2. Products

Veluni™ sells reusable potty-training pants designed to support the transition from disposable nappies to ordinary underwear.

The products are designed to:

Help toddlers notice wetness
Help contain small everyday accidents
Encourage independent pulling up and down
Be washed and reused

Veluni™ Potty Training Pants do not provide the same level of absorption as disposable nappies and are primarily intended for supervised daytime potty training.

Product colours, patterns and positioning may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We may change our prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order will be processed only after payment has been successfully authorised.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

5. Placing an Order

Before completing your order, you are responsible for checking:

The size
The delivery address

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

A contract is formed once we accept your order and begin fulfilment or confirm dispatch.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours.

Tracked UK delivery generally takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has started.

Reasonable redelivery or return costs may apply where a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

9. Right to Cancel

Eligible UK customers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, eligible products must be returned within a further 14 days.

Exceptions may apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

10. Hygiene Restrictions

Veluni™ Potty Training Pants are personal garments intended to be worn as underwear.

Unless faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we cannot normally accept returns of products that have been:

Worn or tried on directly against the skin
Washed
Soiled or stained
Damaged after delivery
Removed from sealed hygiene packaging

Please check the size guide before opening any sealed packaging.

11. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible orders placed directly through myveluni.com are covered by our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee.

To make a request, contact contact@myveluni.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility is subject to the conditions stated in our Returns and Refund Policy.

The guarantee does not cover deliberate damage, misuse, incorrect washing, normal wear and tear, heavily soiled products or unauthorised returns.

This guarantee does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Photographs of the packaging
A description of the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

13. Size Selection

Age recommendations are provided as general guidance only.

Choose the size using your child’s weight and waist measurements.

Where a child is between two sizes, the larger size will generally provide a more comfortable fit.

The customer remains responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

14. Product Use and Care

You must follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

Unless otherwise stated on the label:

Rinse after a soiled accident
Wash with a gentle detergent
Avoid fabric softener
Avoid bleach
Air dry whenever possible
Keep away from direct heat

Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Children should use the product under appropriate adult supervision.

15. No Guaranteed Potty-Training Result

Potty-training progress varies between children.

Veluni™ does not guarantee that:

A child will complete potty training within a particular period
Every accident will be contained
Clothing or surrounding surfaces will always remain dry
The product will replace a fully absorbent nappy

Veluni™ products are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical advice.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes:

Must be used before their expiry date
Cannot normally be combined
Cannot be exchanged for cash
May be restricted to selected products
May be limited to one use per customer

We may cancel a promotion where fraud, misuse or a technical error is identified.

17. Website Use

You must not:

Use the website unlawfully
Attempt to gain unauthorised access
Introduce malicious software
Copy or commercially exploit website content
Submit false or misleading information
Place fraudulent orders
Submit false reviews

We may restrict access where these conditions are breached.

The Veluni™ name, logos, product images, website text, graphics, videos and designs belong to or are licensed to BARLING GLOBAL LLC.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:

Misuse of the product
Failure to follow instructions
Incorrect information supplied by the customer
Events outside our reasonable control
Commercial use of a product purchased as a consumer

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical errors.

UK customers retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applying in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.

Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
